The Crisis Coordination Unit (CCU)-Sudan is a unique initiative that seeks to enhance the localisation of humanitarian response in Sudan and the wider humanitarian system by strengthening relationships and partnerships between diaspora organisations, local actors, and international partners.

The CCU-Sudan presents a one-stop shop for coordinating support between local mutual aid responders, diaspora groups, NGOs, and donors, tangibly supporting and enhancing the locally led humanitarian response in crisis contexts.
